CIS Structure
CIS of the Nation’s Capital operates under the leadership of Chief Executive Officer Tobeka G. Green and a small staff who coordinate services in designated schools. This team is accountable to a Board of Directors. Working together they are responsible for the oversight of operations, fundraising, financial management, and budgeting.
