CIS of the Nation’s Capital operates under the leadership of Interim Executive Director Mimi Castaldi and a small staff who coordinate services in designated schools. This team is accountable to a Board of Directors. Working together they are responsible for the oversight of operations, fundraising, financial management, and budgeting.
